Maocaso Nigeria Limited a division of Keystone Consult Limited, is a registered Interior and Exterior Décor company in Nigeria. At Maocaso, we engage in the laying of Terrazzo, Palladiana, Marble and Tiles and also Wall painting and Landscaping. We are able to deliver quality jobs to our numerous clients through the use of modern equipments operated by talented professionals.

1. Vine Branch Ministries Mokola Ibadan, Nigeria. 2,000sqm. Terrazzo flooring done in Dec. 1999 to Nov. 2000.
2. St. Georges Primary School Falomo Lagos, Nigeria. 1,200sqm. Terrazzo floring done in August, 2004.
3. Nuclear Medicine Department, University College Hospital Ibadan, Nigeria. 75sqm. Terrazzo flooring done in October, 2005.
4. ECG Department, University College Hospital Ibadan, Nigeria. 75sqm. Terrazzo flooring done in September, 2005.
We have also performed in the past and at present various projects for many individual clients.
For all of our projects, we use the following guidelines:
Construction Processes of Laying of Terrazzo, Palladiana and Unpolished Marble
Stage 1. Measurement and quotation of the whole area to be constructed. Stage 2. Screeding of the whole area quoted for (floor) with sand mixed with cement. Stage 3. Laying of ebonite stripes to make a design on the screeded floor excluding marble. Stage 4. Casting of marble chippings on the designed floor, thereafter, we allow the casting to bake for some days before commencing grinding and washing. Stage 5. Grinding and washing with rocket stones (grinding and washing are of 4 stages 00, 01, 02 & 03). Stage 6. Final washing and shining, at this stage, the job is ready for delivery to the client.

Stage 1. Measurement and quotation of the whole area to be constructed. Stage 2. Screeding of the whole area quoted for (floor & wall) with cement. Stage 3. Setting and shining, also at this stage, the job is ready for delivery to client.
